Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 jar (350 mL) dry garlic sparerib sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 large garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 24 chicken wings (tips removed)
  • Salt and pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: For the sauce; in a saucepan combine the sauce with brown sugar and garlc; bring to a simmer over medium-low heat stirring. Add cornstarch and simmer stirring until the sauce thickens; set aside.

  • Step 2: Place the wings on a baking sheet; season lightly with salt and pepper. Broil wings on both sides until crispy (do not cook completely just until golden brown). Place the wings in a casserole dish. Pour the sauce over the wings then turn to coat the wings in the sauce.

  • Step 3: Bake in a preheated 350 degree F oven for about 45-50 minutes or until tender (basting occasionally).
