Step by Step Method
Step 1
Beat egg and soak chicken cutlets.
Step 2
Place in refrigerator for one hour.

Preheat oven to 350F.
Step 4
Drain cutlets and dredge in breadcrumbs.

Heat butter over medium-high and brown cutlets on both sides.
Step 6
Place into a casserole, do not stack.
Step 7
Pour white wine over.
Step 8
Place mushrooms over.
Step 9
Place slices of cheese over.
Step 10
Cover with foil and bake 15 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes more.
