Step 1: Beat egg and soak chicken cutlets.
Step 2: Place in refrigerator for one hour.
Step 3: Preheat oven to 350F.
Step 4: Drain cutlets and dredge in breadcrumbs.
Step 5: Heat butter over medium-high and brown cutlets on both sides.
Step 6: Place into a casserole, do not stack.
Step 7: Pour white wine over.
Step 8: Place mushrooms over.
Step 9: Place slices of cheese over.
Step 10: Cover with foil and bake 15 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes more.
