Step by Step Method
Step 1
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Brown in oil in skillet for 5 minutes per side.

Cut up chicken into 1 inch chunks and transfer to slow cooker.

Step 4
Cover slow cooker, cook on high for 2-3 hours or until chicken is tender.
