Step 1: Season chicken with salt and pepper. Brown in oil in skillet for 5 minutes per side.
Step 2: Cut up chicken into 1 inch chunks and transfer to slow cooker.
Step 3: Combine remaining ingredients, pour over chicken and mix.
Step 4: Cover slow cooker, cook on high for 2-3 hours or until chicken is tender.
