"Crockpot recipe! This recipe comes from a recently rediscovered cookbook called 'Fix It and Forget It Recipes for Entertaining. The entire book is filled with slow cooker / crock pot recipes. This one looks good and doesn't take all day. The recipe was credited to Kelly Evenson of Pittsboro NC. It says you should serve over rice or noodles."
