Step by Step Method
Step 1
Spray a 7 x 11 inch pan with cooking spray. Place chicken in pan then lightly season with salt and pepper. Top with grated Swiss cheese.
Step 2
Combine soup and milk, pour over cheese. Sprinkle stuffing mix over top of casserole. Drizzle melted butter over stuffing mix. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
