Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 4 to 6 chicken breast, boneless (you can use any parts of chicken that you like)
  • Salt and pepper
  • 8 ounces Swiss cheese, grated
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounce) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Stove Top Stuffing Mix (2 cups)
  • 1/3 cup melted butter

How to Make

  • Step 1: Spray a 7 x 11 inch pan with cooking spray. Place chicken in pan then lightly season with salt and pepper. Top with grated Swiss cheese.

  • Step 2: Combine soup and milk, pour over cheese. Sprinkle stuffing mix over top of casserole. Drizzle melted butter over stuffing mix. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
