Step 1

Mix first 8 ingredients, remove 3/4 and refrigerate.

Step 2

Cut chicken into strips and marinate in remaining sauce for 1 hour.

Step 3

Heat broiler, thread strips onto skewers and broil about 6 minutes.

Step 4

Bring refrigerated sauce to room temp and use as a dip for the chicken.

The chicken is juicy and tender and that sauce awesome! I could not find my skewers so just sliced the breast into cutlets and broiled. Turned out beautifully! Will be making this on the bbq when I find the skewers. Another keeper for sure. Made for Billboard Recipe Tag.
