"This is a tasty, easy recipe. In my photo you can see that I made this recipe as an appetizer just by cutting the size of the chicken pieces. This is attractive as well as delicious. You will have pineapple left over to enjoy in another recipe. I can't remember where I found the recipe - I had it on a piece of paper with no credits. You may use an indoor electric grill or BBQ outdoors."

Combine all the ingredients except the pineapple.
Turn to coat all sides of the chicken.
Alternating thread 4 chicken pieces and 2 pineaple cubes onto 8 (12") skewers.
Discard the marinade.
Place skewers on a lightly oiled broiler pan.
Cook 6" from heat source for apprx. 10 minutes or until the chicken is done turning a couple of times.
Note: If you are making appetizers Make the skewers about 6", use only 1 pineaple cube & 4 pieces of 1/2" chicken piece. You will have 16 appetizers
