Step 1
Beat egg and add salt, pepper, Italian seasoning.
Step 2
Dip chicken into egg batter then coat with bread crumbs.
Step 3
Melt butter in skillet over medium heat and saute chicken on both sides till brown, then arrange in slow cooker.

Pour pizza sauce over chicken and cook on low for 4 hours.
Step 5
Layer mozzarella cheese over top and sprinkle Parmesan cheese.

Cook for an additional 20 minutes.
