Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Cut up chicken.

Rub garlic all over it (garlic powder, folks)

Season to taste.

Put in 9x13 casserole that you have put oil the bottom of.

Lay seasoned chicken on top of oil.

Step 7

Dot with butter .

Step 8

Add vermouth bake in moderate oven 90 minutes.

Step 9

Baste occasionally until done.
