How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  • Step 2: Cut up chicken.

  • Step 3: Rub garlic all over it (garlic powder, folks)

  • Step 4: Season to taste.

  • Step 5: Put in 9x13 casserole that you have put oil the bottom of.

  • Step 6: Lay seasoned chicken on top of oil.

  • Step 7: Dot with butter .

  • Step 8: Add vermouth bake in moderate oven 90 minutes.

  • Step 9: Baste occasionally until done.
