"This is a really tasty, spicy, peppy recipe. I said fajitas if you want to wrap it in a tortilla or as I used it serve it over rice. The recipe is originally from Taste of Home by Julie Sterchi. It is so delicious I didn't change anything."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a large plastic bag, combine 2 tbsp oil, 2 tbsp lemon juice and all the seasonings.
Step 2
Add chicken, seal and massage marinade into the chicken.
Step 3
Refrigerate 1-4 hours.
Step 4
In a large skillet saute the peppers & onions in the remaining oil until crisp tender.
Step 5
Remove & keep warm.
Step 6
Discard marinade & add chicken to the skillet.
Step 7
Saute chicken over medium heat 5-6 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Step 8
Add peppers back into the skillet for a few minutes to heat through.
Step 9
Serve in a tortilla or over rice adding any condiments you like.
