Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease an 11x7 inch baking pan.

Step 2

Mix cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Step 3

Spread broccoli evenly in bottom of baking dish

Step 4

Spread chicken evenly over broccoli. Top evenly with the soup mixture. Top evenly with the bread crumbs.

Step 5

Bake uncovered in preheated 350 degree oven until heated through and golden brown, about 25 minutes.

I used a Bechemel Cheese sauce instead of the chicken soup to lower the sodium so it really changed up the recipe quite a bit, but it was very good and we will have it with those changes again.
