Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
  • 1 bunch fresh broccoli, steamed
  • 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup (low fat and or sodium if desired)
  • 1 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Pepper
  • 3/4 cup Italian bread crumbs

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease an 11x7 inch baking pan.

  • Step 2: Mix cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

  • Step 3: Spread broccoli evenly in bottom of baking dish

  • Step 4: Spread chicken evenly over broccoli. Top evenly with the soup mixture. Top evenly with the bread crumbs.

  • Step 5: Bake uncovered in preheated 350 degree oven until heated through and golden brown, about 25 minutes.
