"A tasty quick easy recipe that comes together quickly. I used a whole top of a broccoli and light sour cream, it came out slightly thin so next time I'll use full-fat sour cream however it had a wonderful taste"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Spread broccoli in one layer over bottom of a greased 8-inch square pan or casserole.
Step 3
Top with a layer of cooked chicken. In medium bowl, combine soup, sour cream, minced garlic, curry, onion powder, then season with salt and pepper. Pour evenly over chicken; top with bread crumbs or cracker crumbs, then sprinkle the cheddar cheese over top.
Step 4
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly.
