Step 1: Heat oven to 350°F.
Step 2: Spread broccoli in one layer over bottom of a greased 8-inch square pan or casserole.
Step 3: Top with a layer of cooked chicken. In medium bowl, combine soup, sour cream, minced garlic, curry, onion powder, then season with salt and pepper. Pour evenly over chicken; top with bread crumbs or cracker crumbs, then sprinkle the cheddar cheese over top.
Step 4: Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly.
