Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 3 cups broccoli, fresh (chopped into small florets then light steamed)
  • 1 pound chicken breasts, boneless skinless (cooked and cubed, or use thighs or turkey)
  • 2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted (10 ounces each)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder (or to you desired taste)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt & pepper
  • 3/4 cup bread crumbs, dry (or cracker crumbs)
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat oven to 350°F.

  • Step 2: Spread broccoli in one layer over bottom of a greased 8-inch square pan or casserole.

  • Step 3: Top with a layer of cooked chicken. In medium bowl, combine soup, sour cream, minced garlic, curry, onion powder, then season with salt and pepper. Pour evenly over chicken; top with bread crumbs or cracker crumbs, then sprinkle the cheddar cheese over top.

  • Step 4: Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly.
