Step 1

Toast bread on one side. Remove crusts.

Step 2

Cut slices diagonally to make triangles.

Step 3

On the untoasted side, smear mayo.

Step 4

On 2 bottom pieces, place lettuce and tomato slices sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover with 2 more triangles.

Step 5

Lay on these thin slices of chicken then crisp bacon.

Step 6

Cover with triangles of bread toasted side up.

Step 7

It says to serve with garnishes of radish roses watercress and olives.

I toasted by bread in the toaster so both sides were toasted and instead of cutting the slices into triangles I assembled the sandwich and cut it in half diagonally for delicious but it was to much for me that I ate half and then ate the filling out of the other half, thank you dienia b made for Alphabet Soup game.
