The ingredients are:
  • 3 slices (3 ounces) bread (cut in 3/8 inch slices)
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • Lettuce leaves (2 leaves)
  • Tomato slices (3 slices)
  • 3 ounces sliced bacon (3 slices, cooked crisp)
  • 1/4 pound chicken boneless skinless breast (cooked, sliced thin)
  • Salt
  • Pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Toast bread on one side. Remove crusts.

  • Step 2: Cut slices diagonally to make triangles.

  • Step 3: On the untoasted side, smear mayo.

  • Step 4: On 2 bottom pieces, place lettuce and tomato slices sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover with 2 more triangles.

  • Step 5: Lay on these thin slices of chicken then crisp bacon.

  • Step 6: Cover with triangles of bread toasted side up.

  • Step 7: It says to serve with garnishes of radish roses watercress and olives.
