Step 1

In a large slow cooker combine the first 8 ingredients (- beans); stir to combine and then add the chicken and stir again. Coon on high for 4-6 hours or on low for 6-8 hours.

Step 2

Stir in scallions and lime juice just before serving. season with salt.

Step 3

Serve with shredded cheese and sour cream on the side.

Delicious! I cut the recipe in half and added a few red kidney beans I had in the frig...this has a ton of chicken in it so you get some in ever bite...loved the touch of lime in this...I omitted the cheese and sour cream to save on fat...made for "Bill Board" tag game...
