Chicken Caesar Wrap
"This gets kinds of messy so make sure you wrap it tight. The dressing amount is enough for 8 sandwiches … or a big salad one day (add more oil if using on a salad) and a few sandwiches the next day) or you can just increase wrap amounts to 6-8. I think the nutritional facts are high because of the dressing."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
For the dressing, make a paste of the garlic, anchovies, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and egg yolks, either by mashing in a pestle or – much easier – in a food processor. Gradually drip in the oil, while continuously mixing, then finally add the lemon juice, parmesan, and salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2
Mix a couple of tablespoons of the Caesar dressing with the lettuce and tomatoes. Spread this mixture out on the wrap.
Step 3
Crumble the croutons into rugged pieces, but don't pulverize them. Spread the broken croutons atop the lettuce and tomato.
Step 4
Slice the chicken cutlet into strips about 1/3-inch wide and lay these strips across the lettuce and tomato mix.
Step 5
Wrap the sandwich tightly. Cut in half to serve.
