Step 1

Place each pizza base on a separate, large oven tray.

Step 2

Spread sauce evenly over bases and sprinkle with mozzarella and top with chicken, onions and bacon and sprinkle over parmesan.

Step 3

Cook in a hot oven (200C) for about 15 to 20 minutes, or until light golden and bases are crisp.

Step 4

Sprinkle some of the lettuce over pizzas and drizzle with dressing.

Step 5

Cut into wedges and serve with remaining lettuce.
