"This delicious recipe was in the September 2012 Everyday Foods magazine. We all enjoyed this stir-fry and it has seen many repeats since I first made it. If gluten intolerant make sure you are using gluten free oyster sauce."

Step 1

Whisk together soy sauce, vinegar, oyster sauce, and cornstarch and sesame oil; set aside.

Step 2

In a wok or large skillet, heat vegetable oil over high heat.

Step 3

Add chicken and cook until browned, 10 mins.

Step 4

Add ginger, garlic, scallions, and broccoli and cook, stirring frequently until broccoli is bright green, 3 mins.

Step 5

Add 1/4 cup water, scraping up browned bits with wooded spoon. Stir in soya sauce mixture and cook; stirring until thickened, 1 min.

Step 6

Serve with warm rice.
