Chicken and Broccoli Casserole
"I made this yummy casserole just recently and we all enjoyed it, seeing that I had cooked stir-fry chicken cubes and frozen broccoli in my freezer it only took a very short time to put together. I used cream of mushroom and cream of celery condensed soups any condensed soup would be okay"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F.
Step 2
Grease a 13x9-inch casserole pan.
Step 3
Combine the bread crumbs with melted butter; set aside.
Step 4
Arrange frozen broccoli evenly in bottom of greased casserole dish. (If you are using fresh broccoli, steam or boil lightly, until just underdone). Arrange cooked chicken cubes over broccoli.
Step 5
Mix together undiluted soups, mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry powder and minced garlic or garlic powder. Pour over chicken.
Step 6
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Step 7
Top with buttered bread crumbs.
Step 8
Bake 30-35 minutes or until bubbly.
