Step 1
Put 2 big chicken breasts in zippered bag one at a time and pound gently with the flat side of a mallet until about ½-inch thick.

Meanwhile butter the buns and grill them until lightlty browned

Place on paper towels to absorb any excess oil,

Then serve on toasted buns with pickle slices.
