Step 9: Heat the oil in a skillet to about 350.
Step 10: Dip each chicken breast piece into the egg covering both sides, then coat in flour on each side.
Step 11: Fry each chicken piece for 2 minutes on each side, or until golden and cooked through.
Step 12: Meanwhile butter the buns and grill them until lightlty browned
Step 13: Place on paper towels to absorb any excess oil,
Step 14: Then serve on toasted buns with pickle slices.
