Step by Step Method
Step 1
In large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, melted butter, flour, salt and pepper. Cover and chill for 2 hours.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Position oven rack to middle position. Generously butter 12 muffin tins.
Step 3
Remove batter from refrigerator. Stir in chives. Divide batter evenly among 12 cups, filling each about half full. Sprinkle evenly with Cheddar
Step 4
Bake for 20 minutes. Cool to room temperature in muffin tin. Knock out of pan.
