Step by Step Method

Step 1

Spray bread with olive oil spray.

Step 2

Place in toaster oven or under the broiler for 30 seconds. Remove and place cheese on toast. Return to oven for 2 minutes or until cheese melts.

This really is an easy recipe...I made this tasty treat to go with one of our appy nights...the hardest part was slicing the cheese into 1-ounce portions...I used a young Manchego cheese due to its ability to melt...the aged one doesn't melt as well...we enjoyed the softness of the bottom and the crispy toasted top with the creamy sharp flavor of the cheese...thanks for sharing the recipe....made for "Billboard" tag game...
