Step 1

In a large bowl, mix the green cabbage and the green pepper.

In a saucepan, mix the sugar, salt, dry mustard, and celery seed.

Next, add the oil and the vinegar. Let it all come to a boil over medium heat. Stir until the sugar is dissolved. Remove the saucepan from the heat and let it cool slightly.

Pour the liquid over the cabbage mixture, blending it all together.
