Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400f degrees. In a small bowl, stir together, brown sugar, honey, cinnamon, salt and coconut milk

Step 2

Place apple slices in a 4 cup casserole with a lid; pour brown sugar mix over apples and stir to coat. Sprinkle coconut over and mix in; put the lid on and bake for 30 minutes.

This is a very lovely dessert! Love the coconut. When I make this again, I am going to toss the apples with a wee bit of flour to thicken. With the abundance of apples, this will be served a lot this fall. Thanks Derf for sharing this keeper.
