Step by Step Method
Step 1
Dig avocado out of peel with a spoon.
Step 2
In small bowl, mash avocado with lime juice. Stir in remaining ingredients. Serve immediately.
Step 3
Guacamole will turn brown if left to set too long. Refrigerate any leftovers. To prevent turning in refrigerator place avocado pit into bowl with guacamole.
