Step 1

Dig avocado out of peel with a spoon.

Step 2

In small bowl, mash avocado with lime juice. Stir in remaining ingredients. Serve immediately.

Step 3

Guacamole will turn brown if left to set too long. Refrigerate any leftovers. To prevent turning in refrigerator place avocado pit into bowl with guacamole.

Very easy tasty recipe. I used the guacamole on a crab burger and the next morning on an omelet. It really added to the overall flavour of both recipes. Will make this recipe aqain. 20 June 15 Made again, enjoyed just as much. This time served with corn chips

Made for a great dip for my Curling weekend. Found some really lovely ripe avocados to make your California Guacamole. Loved the addition of the finely chopped red onion. So easy so good. Didn't take long for the bowl to empty!
