"I came up with this recipe when I had some caesar dressing I wanted to use up and mashed potatoes that needed sprucing up. It was a hit and I make it quite often now. I have been asked for this recipe numerous times. If gluten intolerant make sure you are using gluten free Caesar dressing."

If you like Caesar salad, then you will love these tasty potatoes. So much better than plain. Even good with gravy drizzled over them!

Great potatoes that went so well with our turkey dinner! I left out the bacon because I didn't have any, but they were still delicious! I look forward to having them with stuffed pork chops soon!

We really enjoyed the tartness that the cream cheese and Caesar dressing brought out in the dish...Made as posted it was a nice thick/dry mashed would think that it needed something to thin it out...but NO! don't go's really nice prepared the way it's posted...

Daily Inspiration

Very tasty mashed potatoes. Loved the addition of the cream cheese and bacon. Next time I will increase the amount of caesar dressing. Will definitely make this dish again.
