"I love to make cabbage packets when I grill out. It is an easy side, and always tastes so delicious. This is just a basic recipe, feel free to add other spices, or bell peppers, etc..."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Spray a large piece of aluminum foil with baking spray.
Step 2
Slice half the cabbage into wedges, place on the aluminum foil.
Step 3
Slice onion thinly and place on top of cabbage.
Step 4
Dice up the butter and lay that on top of the veggies.
Step 5
Salt and pepper the veggies.
Step 6
Close the tinfoil by folding over the edges, making sure to seal well.
Step 7
You don't have to do this, but I always use a second piece of foil to make sure it is sealed well and doesn't leak.
Step 8
Place on the grill, and turn every 5 minutes. I cook with the lid on. You will feel the cabbage get soft as you are flipping it over.
Step 9
Serve!
