Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/2 cabbage head
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 onion, sliced thin
  • Salt and pepper
  • You can add other spices, whatever you like.

How to Make

  • Step 1: Spray a large piece of aluminum foil with baking spray.

  • Step 2: Slice half the cabbage into wedges, place on the aluminum foil.

  • Step 3: Slice onion thinly and place on top of cabbage.

  • Step 4: Dice up the butter and lay that on top of the veggies.

  • Step 5: Salt and pepper the veggies.

  • Step 6: Close the tinfoil by folding over the edges, making sure to seal well.

  • Step 7: You don't have to do this, but I always use a second piece of foil to make sure it is sealed well and doesn't leak.

  • Step 8: Place on the grill, and turn every 5 minutes. I cook with the lid on. You will feel the cabbage get soft as you are flipping it over.

  • Step 9: Serve!
