Step 1

Combine the first 4 ingredients in a saucepan; stir well.

Cook over medium heat to soft ball stage (238°), stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat; add butterscotch morsels and marshmallow cream, stirring until melted.

Step 4

Add walnuts, raisins, and flavorings. Stir well.

Step 5

Spread into two greased 8 inch square pans. Let cool in pans on a wire rack; cut into squares.
