Step 1: Combine the first 4 ingredients in a saucepan; stir well.
Step 2: Cook over medium heat to soft ball stage (238°), stirring occasionally.
Step 3: Remove from heat; add butterscotch morsels and marshmallow cream, stirring until melted.
Step 4: Add walnuts, raisins, and flavorings. Stir well.
Step 5: Spread into two greased 8 inch square pans. Let cool in pans on a wire rack; cut into squares.
