" Butternut squash baked as oven fries are really good. I do these without the oil and find that the spices adhere just fine. Vary your spices,have them with chili flakes if you like spicy or just use some herbs - experiment it's fun."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Mix your spices together and put in a plastic bag big enough to hold the prepared squash chips
Step 2
Add oil and squash, shake the bag so the chips are evenly coated
Step 3
Place them along with the apple quarters on a parchment lined cookie sheet or pizza stone
Step 4
Bake in 375f oven for 15 minutes, flip them over continue baking for 10 more minutes or until the chips are tender
