"NOTE: As a main dish this is excellent as a so-called Cantonese Chinese Chicken salad with crispy noodles and mandarin oranges. They served that with a strawberry dressing that someone said was fluffy also served in lettuce leaf cups."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Combine chicken, celery, salt and pepper.

Step 2

Mix mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and lemon juice and add to chicken mixture.

Step 3

Toss to mix well.

Step 4

Chill at least 1 hour.

Step 5

Serve on lettuce and sprinkle with a dash of paprika and toasted almonds.
