Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. ( I have two ovens, so I used both ovens) at 425.
Step 2
Using two cookie sheets, on one place a wire rack.
Step 3
In a bowl toss the cauliflower with the oil. Combine spices (dll - salt) in a cup and sprinkle the mixture over the cauliflower; toss. Arrange on the cookie sheet with the rack.
Step 4
On the other cookie sheet place the chicken wings.
Step 5
Bake both (chicken and cauliflower) for 20 minutes. Remove cauliflower from oven .
Step 6
Increase temp to broil for the chicken wings and bro for 8-10 minutes or until chicken is done
Step 7
Meanwhile in a saucepan combine sauce ingredients (hot sauce - pepper) over medium low heat and cook until butter melts (only a few minutes). Cover and remove from heat.
Step 8
Add the chicken to at the sauce and toss.
Step 9
To serve: place cauliflower, chicken and celery on a large platter.
