Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 pound cauliflower (1 head cauliflower, cut or broken into florets)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill, dried
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Kosher salt, pinch
  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce (we used Frank's hot sauce)
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 celery stalk (sliced)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. ( I have two ovens, so I used both ovens) at 425.

  • Step 2: Using two cookie sheets, on one place a wire rack.

  • Step 3: In a bowl toss the cauliflower with the oil. Combine spices (dll - salt) in a cup and sprinkle the mixture over the cauliflower; toss. Arrange on the cookie sheet with the rack.

  • Step 4: On the other cookie sheet place the chicken wings.

  • Step 5: Bake both (chicken and cauliflower) for 20 minutes. Remove cauliflower from oven .

  • Step 6: Increase temp to broil for the chicken wings and bro for 8-10 minutes or until chicken is done

  • Step 7: Meanwhile in a saucepan combine sauce ingredients (hot sauce - pepper) over medium low heat and cook until butter melts (only a few minutes). Cover and remove from heat.

  • Step 8: Add the chicken to at the sauce and toss.

  • Step 9: To serve: place cauliflower, chicken and celery on a large platter.
