"These are so tasty you will never know they are low fat. I usually serve these up with my favourite store bought zero calorie ranch dressing to dip in, but they are great on there own. For those of you who don't have access to Frank's RedHot Sauce, I do have a copycat recipe for it #recipe13676 ."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Cut the chicken into half inch thick strips.

Step 2

Mix with hot sauce, garlic and thyme in a re-sealable plastic bag and swish together to coat the chicken strips.

Step 3

Seal the bag and place in the refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours.

Step 4

Line a baking sheet with foil and coat with non-stick spray.

Step 5

Pour the chicken strips and sauce on lined baking sheet, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste and broil on the top rack until cooked through, about 4 to 5 minutes per side. This will depend on thickness of the chicken strips.

A very tasty dish...this is going to be one of my go to recipes when I know I won't have a lot of time to cook...just get it marinading...and pop it under the broiler...it's very low cal and easy to prepare and make...made for "Bill Board" tag game...
