Step 1: Cut the chicken into half inch thick strips.
Step 2: Mix with hot sauce, garlic and thyme in a re-sealable plastic bag and swish together to coat the chicken strips.
Step 3: Seal the bag and place in the refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours.
Step 4: Line a baking sheet with foil and coat with non-stick spray.
Step 5: Pour the chicken strips and sauce on lined baking sheet, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste and broil on the top rack until cooked through, about 4 to 5 minutes per side. This will depend on thickness of the chicken strips.
