Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 8 ounces boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce (Frank’s RedHot sauce)
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • 1/4 teaspoon thyme
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cut the chicken into half inch thick strips.

  • Step 2: Mix with hot sauce, garlic and thyme in a re-sealable plastic bag and swish together to coat the chicken strips.

  • Step 3: Seal the bag and place in the refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours.

  • Step 4: Line a baking sheet with foil and coat with non-stick spray.

  • Step 5: Pour the chicken strips and sauce on lined baking sheet, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste and broil on the top rack until cooked through, about 4 to 5 minutes per side. This will depend on thickness of the chicken strips.
