Step by Step Method

Step 1

Make your pie shell or buy one.

Step 2

Melt the chocolate and butter over hot water.

Step 3

Beat eggs, sugar, and corn syrup with rotary beater and add the above chocolate mixture; add pecan to mixture and stir well.

Step 4

Pour into shell and bake at 375 degrees for 40-50 minutes.

Step 5

Serve with shipped cream or vanilla ice cream.

I saw chocolates and nuts and you had me hooked. Right after it came out of the oven is when I served it and we had French Vanilla ice cream on it for good measure. What a fabulous dessert Mimi!
