Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Step 2
Cut all the the bacon slices in half.
Step 3
Wrap one half a slice of bacon around each smokie.
Step 4
Place all the wrapped smokies in a single layer in a baking dish, or rimmed sheet pan. Pour melted butter over the smokies. Then take some brown sugar and sprinkle evenly over the smokies.
Step 5
Bake for about 45 minutes or until bacon is nice and crisp.
Step 6
Stick a toothpick into each sausage.
