Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 package (16 ounce) Little Smokies Sausages
  • 1 pound bacon slices (not cooked)
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 3/4 to 1 cup brown sugar (for sprinkling)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 F.

  • Step 2: Cut all the the bacon slices in half.

  • Step 3: Wrap one half a slice of bacon around each smokie.

  • Step 4: Place all the wrapped smokies in a single layer in a baking dish, or rimmed sheet pan. Pour melted butter over the smokies. Then take some brown sugar and sprinkle evenly over the smokies.

  • Step 5: Bake for about 45 minutes or until bacon is nice and crisp.

  • Step 6: Stick a toothpick into each sausage.
