Step by Step Method

Step 1

Spray broiler pan with cooking spray.

Step 2

Place salmon in the pan, skin side down.

Step 3

In a small bowl, combine 1/2 the mustard with 1 tablespoon dill and spread on the salmon.

Step 4

Broil salmon for 10 to 12 minutes until just opaque in middle.

Step 5

In another small bowl, combine remaining ingredients until creamy.

Step 6

Pour over fish or leave on the side for serving.

I loved the flavors of this dish...the sharpness of the lime and the mustard with a touch of sweetness worked so well together...and the dill was a perfect addition...I cut the recipe in half and still have a piece leftover for lunch tomorrow...I zapped the sauce in the microwave for about 10 seconds to loosen up so it would spread on the salmon...made for "Billboard" tag game...thanks for sharing the recipe...
