The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound salmon fillet
  • 1/8 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon dill weed, dried, or 2 tablespoons fresh
  • Sauce
  • 2 ounces cream cheese, softened (2 tablespoons )
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/8 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons dill weed, dried

How to Make

  • Step 1: Spray broiler pan with cooking spray.

  • Step 2: Place salmon in the pan, skin side down.

  • Step 3: In a small bowl, combine 1/2 the mustard with 1 tablespoon dill and spread on the salmon.

  • Step 4: Broil salmon for 10 to 12 minutes until just opaque in middle.

  • Step 5: In another small bowl, combine remaining ingredients until creamy.

  • Step 6: Pour over fish or leave on the side for serving.
